Poor diet and lack of exercise took away my self-confidence and my drive. I was burned out from taking my body and health for granted. I didn’t have enough focus or energy to work, enjoy time with family and friends, or even take care of myself.
I wanted so much more out of life – a steady income, freedom, the ability to be my own boss, and enjoy the rewards with the people I cared about.
But it felt like I was barely keeping my head above water.
